FORMATS WE OFFER

Choose how you want to contribute.

You decide the time you have. We design the format around it. Most of our professionals contribute one to four hours per month.

Series host

Lead a Series

Design and host a 5 to 6 session program over 5 to 6 weeks. Each session is 60 to 90 minutes, live, with a defined topic. We help you structure the content, prepare the slides, and run the sessions. You bring the substance and the live presence.

1:1

Deliver 1:1 Coaching Sessions

60-minute sessions with a single Prepzfy member. Mock interview, career deep-dive, or coaching guidance. You pick the formats you want to deliver. You set your availability through Calendly. We assign members based on fit.

Lightning

Host a Lightning Lesson

30 to 45 minute free public session, once per month or per quarter. A pointed topic that demonstrates your expertise to a new audience. Great if you want to test the format before committing to a full Series.

Schools

Deliver a B2B Masterclass

Two to four hour masterclass for a partner business school career center. Remote or in person. We handle the school relationship and logistics. You bring the expertise.

WHAT WE PROMISE

The professionals come first. Always.

We do not run a marketplace where the loudest professional wins. We run an editorial practice where the professional is the asset.

Discretion
You decide what is public about you. By default, we never name your employer publicly. We never share your last name. You can host fully anonymized if you prefer.
Flexibility
No exclusivity. No long contract. No minimum hours. You pause, you stop, you come back. Your day job is the day job.
Attractive compensation
High and transparent. Starting from 100€ per session, scaling with your profile and your level of commitment. Paid 30 days after delivery. No commission, no revenue share games.
Production support
We handle the platform, the booking, the recordings, the member communication. You handle the substance and the live time.
