Joining Prepzfy is a serious decision. We do not want anyone to feel locked in if it turns out the platform is not what they expected. This page explains exactly how refunds work.
The Monthly plan is billed every month and can be cancelled at any time, in one click, from your member space. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until that date. You are not charged again.
15-day full refund. If you cancel within 15 days of your first payment on the Monthly plan, we refund that first payment in full, no questions asked.
After the 15-day window, the Monthly plan is non-refundable for the current billing period. You simply cancel and access ends at the period's natural close.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that gives access to all current and future Prepzfy Live Series, plus the 1:1 Coaching Sessions included with your plan.
15-day full refund. If within 15 days of your Lifetime purchase you decide Prepzfy is not right for you, we refund the full amount paid. No forms. No fine print. No exit interview.
After 15 days, the Lifetime plan is non-refundable. The plan is designed to be a long-term commitment on both sides, and 15 days is more than enough to evaluate whether the platform fits.
If you used a 1:1 Coaching Session before requesting the refund, we deduct 200€ per session used from the refund amount, to compensate the professional who delivered it. The remainder is refunded in full.
Send an email from the address used at purchase to david@prepzfy.com. Include your full name, the date of purchase, and one line about why you are leaving (we use it to improve the platform, never to talk you out of it).
You receive a confirmation within 2 working days. The refund is processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from a distance contract. Our 15-day refund window is strictly more favorable than that legal minimum.
Because Prepzfy delivers digital content and live sessions accessible immediately, by completing your purchase you acknowledge that you may begin consuming the content during the cooling-off period. This does not waive your right to a refund during the 15-day Prepzfy window above.
