These Terms govern the use of prepzfy.com and the Prepzfy Live platform. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. They apply to every visitor and every member.
Prepzfy Live is a live learning platform operated by Prepzfy SAS, a French société par actions simplifiée registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 979 937 703, whose registered office is at 10 Rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France.
Prepzfy connects ambitious students with professionals currently working in investment banking, private equity, and strategy consulting, through live Series, replays, and 1:1 coaching sessions.
To create an account and access paid features, you must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under your applicable law.
Prepzfy Live is offered under two plans, with prices shown on the Pricing page in the local currency:
Promotional codes may be applied at checkout subject to the conditions of each code. Only one code per transaction. Codes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes for European Union customers. For customers outside the European Union, taxes may apply at checkout depending on local rules.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize Prepzfy to charge the payment method you provided. For the Monthly plan, you authorize recurring charges every month until you cancel.
In case of failed payment, Prepzfy will attempt to charge again over a 7-day window. If payment cannot be collected, your access may be suspended until the situation is resolved.
The Monthly plan can be cancelled in one click from your member space. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until that date.

Lifetime members receive 3 × 1:1 Coaching Sessions of 60 minutes each, deliverable within 12 months of purchase. Sessions are booked through the platform with available professionals.
Sessions cancelled by the member with less than 24 hours notice may be counted as delivered. Sessions cancelled by the professional are rescheduled at no cost.
Unused sessions after the 12-month window expire and are not refundable.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing your account with another person, or any form of multi-user access from a single account, is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.
Within the platform community, members agree to behave respectfully toward other members and toward professionals. Harassment, spam, recruitment for unrelated services, or any unlawful behavior may result in immediate suspension.
Recording, sharing, or republishing live sessions or replays in any form is strictly prohibited. The content is reserved for the member's personal use within the platform.
All content available on Prepzfy, including Series videos, replays, frameworks, templates, and written material, is the property of Prepzfy SAS or of the professionals who created it, used under license to Prepzfy.
Members are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the content for educational and personal purposes only, throughout the duration of their plan.
Any reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial use of the content without prior written authorization from Prepzfy is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Prepzfy makes reasonable efforts to maintain the platform and its live sessions available without interruption. However, the service is provided "as available" and Prepzfy does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
In case of cancellation of a live session by the professional, the session is either rescheduled or the recording of an equivalent past session is made available to registered members.
Prepzfy provides educational content and connections to professionals. Prepzfy does not guarantee any specific professional outcome, including job offers, internships, or interview results. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside of the platform's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prepzfy's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by the member to Prepzfy in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you acknowledge having read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Prepzfy may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform or in applicable law. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the new Terms come into force constitutes acceptance.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription or by writing to david@prepzfy.com.
Prepzfy may suspend or terminate your account in case of breach of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or non-payment, after notice where reasonably possible. In case of termination for breach, no refund is due beyond what is required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory provisions of consumer law that may apply to members acting as consumers.
